Shipment Processing Time

Orders without customisation are processed within 24 hours, and orders with customisation are processed within 3-5 business days. All processed orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. 

Due to transit for delivery, please allow additional days if required. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, contact us at with the email subject: Shipping & Delivery Issue - Your Order Number, and we will assist you further.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Kindly note that all prices, charges and fees reflected on the website are in Singapore Dollars by default. 

  • Singapore delivery $5 (Free for orders above $50)
  • Malaysia delivery $15 (Free for orders above $100)
  • Worldwide delivery $30 (Free for orders above $250)


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All domestic orders (Singapore) are sent by local courier. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

For international orders, if you choose trackable shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Kindly use the following link to track your order:

For international orders with non-trackable shipping, we will not be able to advice the status of your order at any given time after it has been shipped.


Taxes & Duties

Depending on the location of your shipment, additional customs and duty fees may apply. Customers will be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to. We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We kindly advise that you familiarise yourself with any import duties, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.


Returned Orders to No Chill Dog Mom due to Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Addresses

In the event that the package is unclaimed/undelivered and returned back to us, you will be charged with the shipping fee if you want it reshipped to you. Alternatively, we will refund your order amount less shipping charges. All refunds will only be made in the form of store credit. For undelivered parcels to incorrect addresses, we will not be redelivering your order if address is the same as you originally provided. You will need to provide us with the amended address for us to proceed with the delivery. We thank you for your kind understanding. 


Lost Packages

Unfortunately, our shipping and delivery policy states that once a package is handed over to the courier, the customer will assume all responsibility of the package. A refund will not be issued. 


No Chill Dog Mom reserves the right to reject any refund, exchange, or return request that is not in line with our policies. 

No Chill Dog Mom explicitly reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time by posting the amended policy. Please check our policies periodically for changes.
