Returns & Exchange
No Chill Dog Mom strives to give our customers the best shopping experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or your order for an exchange or full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days from receiving your items. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging.

- If you received the wrong order, or
- If you ordered the wrong size, or
- If you received defective goods
Return & Exchange policy
- All return & exchange items must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include the original packaging
- Shipping costs for the exchanged product (both ways) will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- Shipping costs for the refunded product (back to us) will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- Return packages that are lost in transit will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order or in the form of store credit
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you would like to alter/repair your custom Ether bottle, you can contact us at nochilldogmom@gmail.com.
To request for a refund or exchange, please email us at nochilldogmom@gmail.com with the email subject: Return/Exchange - Your Order Number. Please also include the reasons for your request for a refund/exchange so that we can better help our customers to be completely satisfied.
No Chill Dog Mom reserves the right to reject any refund, exchange, or return request that is not in line with our policies.
